COVID-19 Safety Protocols

YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY

We have implemented many new practices and protocols to keep you healthy and safe during your visit to our office.  These protocols begin before you even enter the clinic.  We take social distancing seriously and ask that you keep 2 metres between you and others during your visit.  We have PPE in place to keep you and our staff safe.  This includes but not limited to sneeze shields, face shields, safety eyewear, masks and gloves.  We ask that anyone that feels ill does not enter the office.

ARRIVING AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

Due to limits on the number of people we are allowing in our clinic at any time, please arrive for your appointment no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.  Prior to entering, we will require you to use hand sanitizer, we will check your temperature with an infrared thermometer and ask you questions about your health.  Please wear a mask.

Only patients will be allowed in the office (unless a minor then parent or guardian may accompany).  If you have a driver or family member they must remain downstairs or in the car.  We will call them if any information is required or their help is needed.

Please Note:  All persons entering or remaining in our clinic must wear a mask covering their nose, mouth and under their chin for the duration of their visit.  We reserve the right to refuse entry based on the safety of our patrons and staff.

PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

  • You feel sick or are experiencing any of these symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath.
  • You have been outside of Canada in the past 14 days.
  • You have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
