The SCHWIND ATOS®: Powering SmartSight
The SCHWIND ATOS is an advanced femtosecond laser designed for minimally invasive refractive surgery.
It powers SmartSight, a flap-free laser vision correction procedure that creates and removes a tiny lens-shaped piece of tissue through a very small incision rather than creating a corneal flap.
For many suitable patients, SmartSight offers several advantages:

The SCHWIND AMARIS excimer laser performs this completely touch-free procedure without creating a flap or requiring surgical instruments to contact the eye during laser treatment.
